Recently, we have gone through an enormous change in how we operate and it includes some important information that is important for you to know.
Most importantly, we have changed our business hours from being on-call 24/7 for all clients, to a strict appointment only system unless otherwise agreed upon. This is to accommodate resources for the changes and new services we have recently implemented.
Existing clients will see the changes reflected in their dashboard. Any existing contracts will still be valid and business hour changes do not apply until contract renewal, and can be discussed at that time.
